Ward is a lifelong Tulsan and a 1983 graduate of the University of Arkansas. With twenty years experience in commercial real estate project acquisition, operation, marketing, and management in the Tulsa area, he has a diverse real estate background in office, retail, and industrial properties. He has been a requested speaker and panelist, and has contributed several articles to publications regarding the Tulsa area real estate market.

Mr. Seibert is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa (class XIV), and has served on the Board of Directors of several local organizations including Big Brothers and Sisters of Green Country, Youth Services of Tulsa, Handicapped Opportunity Workshop, as well as serving as District Chairman, Eagle District, Indian Nations Council, Boy Scouts of America.

He is currently a Director of Oklahoma National Bank, Tulsa Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Parks), and Basket of Dreams, Inc.

Mike has nearly 15 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, management, development, and financing. His responsibilities include overseeing all phases of property management and leasing for Oil Capital properties.

Prior to joining Oil Capital, Mike spent ten years with a local commercial real estate investment company based in Tulsa. Mike was instrumental in the acquisition, new development, and leasing of 1.5 million square feet of space. As Vice President, he was also responsible for property management and operations for the entire portfolio.

Mike began his career in commercial real estate with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in their commercial lending office in Los Angeles. His duties there included loan origination and underwriting the financing of investment grade properties located on the west coast.

He is a native Tulsan and holds a BS degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.

As principal of Dick Alaback Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Alaback specializes in retail land development and sales, restaurant site selection and commercial leasing.

Dick has been active in area markets for twenty years and has been responsible for several project developments in the Tulsa area. Staples, I-Hop, Applebees and Taco Cabana are a few of Alaback's represented clients.
